Ingredients: Organic Orange Zest, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Clove, Organic Ginger, LMH/Organic Rose-choose one: Organic Assam Black Tea/Himalayan White/Oolong Black/Gunpowder Green/Rooibos (Include your choice of tea for decaf *rooibos. Note-If you do not choose a caffeine or decaf addition, one will be chosen for you.

Description: This spicy robust blend can boost your health with its antioxidant, flavonoid, and vitamin C packed punch.  The warming spicy kick of clove, cinnamon, and ginger offer digestive, expectorant, and anti-inflammatory benefits to keep you happy and healthy this cold and flu season.

Brewing Suggestions: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F-210F- for 10-20 minutes covered.  Longer steep times for teas containing items such as camellia sinensus (White, Green, or Black Teas), Turmeric or other herbs/spices that are tannic or bitter may increase the flavors with longer steep times or hotter water temperatures.  Taste your tea as it steeps to gauge your preferred flavor. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip.
