Description: Rest and Recuperate as you enjoy this tart/earthy health support blend.  Apaptogenic Reishi mushroom and basil will soothe your body and mind. Inflammation reducing ginger, and nutmeg will calm your body.  Find vitality in the vitamin and mineral rich content of these ingredients that will support your body through your healing process.

Serving Suggestion: Try adding a touch of honey and a splash of your preferred diary or dairy substitute to combat the bitter notes. (oat and coconut milk pair well with this blend).

Brewing Suggestions: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F for 5-15 minutes covered. Time and tea leaf quantity vary depending on your personal preferences for strength. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip
