Serving Suggestions: Enjoy with any style sweetener. Add a robust sweetener such as molasses, brown sugar, raw cane sugar, etc. with a splash of cream or dairy substitute. This will create a flavor reminiscent of a chai latte. Lighter sweeteners if you prefer sweetness and no dairy will bring out a pleasant dynamic that accents the lighter flavored ingredients present.
Brewing Suggestions: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F-210F- for 10-20 minutes covered. Longer steep times for teas containing items such as camellia sinensus (White, Green, or Black Teas), Turmeric or other herbs/spices that are tannic or bitter may increase the flavors with longer steep times or hotter water temperatures. Taste your tea as it steeps to gauge your preferred flavor. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip.
