Thank you for your purchase with LMH Custom Teas & Herbs LLC.  We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All items eligible for returns must be postmarked within 7 days of package delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Photos of items that are received in a damaged condition from shipping must be submitted with your request for approval 

Return Process 

To return an item, take a photo of the damaged product upon opening package, please email customer service at admin@lmhtea.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) number or use this link to access the form now Click Here

 After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We Strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

If you purchased a service, you must contact us at 828-289-5459 within 48 hours of your purchase to request a refund. We will discuss your refund request and process based on our assessment of why a refund is being requested. Your request may take up to 10 business days to gain approval and we will contact you with our decision as it has been made.

For Goods Purchased: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  Please allow at least 14 days from to receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution these times may vary.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Loose Leaf Teas & Other Food Items
  • Opened Body Care and Hygiene products
  • Products that have been opened and used such as cleaners, essential oil roller bottles etc.

Please Note

  • Follow instructions carefully on the return guidelines document and check your e-mails regularly and respond promptly to ensure swift processing times
  • If no response is received from customer after 3 attempts to contact within the 14 day processing window, after receipt of return form; return/refund/store credit request will be denied
  • Opened items or food products will be refunded in the form of store credit via gift card
  • We are not responsible for damages incurred through improper handling of products during shipping, product retrieval, or through improper use of products
  • Return form must be completed within 7 days of package delivery for processing of return or store credit
  • Proof of faulty product must be provided through proper written and visual documentation for request to begin processing
