Description: This bright blend is sweet and tart with full and pleasant herbal undertones. A combination of natural and organic products from the US, Croatia, China, and Egypt create an elegant bouquet and complex flavor profile. This blend is designed to ease the discomforts of PMS and menstruation: calm the central nervous system, reduce inflammation, improve mood, strengthen the uterus, ease discomforts of menstrual pain, bloating, and mood swings. But what if I do not have a Uterus!  You are good to enjoy the soothing side effects without worry. Except for the uterine toning of course.

Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with a lightly flavored sweetener such as local honey, light agave nectar, raw sugar, coconut sugar, xylitol, or other desired sweetener.

Brewing Suggestion: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F for 5-15 minutes covered. Time and tea leaf quantity vary depending on your personal preferences for strength. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip
