Description: Honor yourself and dive into expansion of self as you sip this complex zesty solar plexus opening blend.  Connect and redirect with earthy turmeric and cumin, spicy ginger, the sweetness of coriander and chamomile and round into the herbaceous flow of Blessed Thistle. This blend will warm and empower from the inside out.

Serving Suggestions: The spices in this blend can get overpowering if steeped for too long.  Your sweetener of choice can help counteract this boldness. A light milk such as 2% or skim, Almond or soy milk in moderation compliment this tea well by adding a smooth creamy component to the final mouth feel.

Brewing Suggestions: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F-210F- for 10-20 minutes covered.  Longer steep times for teas containing items such as camellia sinensus (White, Green, or Black Teas), Turmeric or other herbs/spices that are tannic or bitter may increase the flavors with longer steep times or hotter water temperatures.  Taste your tea as it steeps to gauge your preferred flavor. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip.
