Description: This fresh and clean throat chakra blend will brighten your day and push you to speak your desires with confidence and clarity. Enjoy the energizingly fresh burst of mint and sweet rose petals. This clean flavor alongside the fragrant and minty astringent Turkish Bay Leaf will open up your throat chakra to sing out your truth.   

Serving Suggestions: If you are already a fan of mint, let the light sweetness of rose petal be all you add.  If you are more into sweet teas, consider a light sweetener that will not overpower the delicate flavors of this tea.  Coconut sugar, cane sugar, light agave nectar, and lighter flavored honey. Dairy or dairy alternatives will mellow this tea but also mask some of the natural flavors. Try a small amount of coconut oil as an alternative or choose mild-flavored substitutes such as hemp milk.

Brewing: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F for 5-15 minutes covered. Time and tea leaf quantity varies depending on your personal preferences for strength. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip
