Description: Spice up your day with this boldly spiced blend of immune supporting elderberry and oregano, and the anti-inflammatory support of clove and cinnamon. The aroma of this unique blend will remind you of baked goods in the fall. Fruity and robust from the spices. The elderberry adds a touch of sweetness, the thistle adds a mellow herbaceous flavor that all settle deliciously into the clove and cinnamon.
Serving Suggestions- This blend is wonderful stand alone. It can handle most sweeteners if you are partial to sweeter teas. This seasoning blend is a wonderful addition to baked goods, jams and jellies, or while cooking oatmeal.
Brewing Suggestions: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F-210F- for 10-20 minutes covered. Longer steep times for teas containing items such as camellia sinensus (White, Green, or Black Teas), Turmeric or other herbs/spices that are tannic or bitter may increase the flavors with longer steep times or hotter water temperatures. Taste your tea as it steeps to gauge your preferred flavor. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip.

Immune support is important all year round and just as important when you are feeling good as when you are feeling bad in my opinion. It smells great and I love the Elderberry in it. I love that all the teas are organic and LMH is local so I feel like I’m supporting my community.
