Ingredients: Organic Oolong or Assam Black Tea, Organic/LMH Lavender (Flower/Leaf), Organic Blueberries, Sustainably Harvested Reishi/Turkey Tail Mushrooms, Organic Cloves

Descriptions: Step fully into your intuition with this variation of the 3^rd eye clarity blend.  This version focuses more on the grounding aspects of mint and mushrooms that connect the body and mind.  Energize and heal your intuition then fall into creative endeavors as you enjoy this bright, lightly spiced, and floral blend.

Serving Suggestions: Add a splash of dairy or non-dairy substitute and desired amount of sweetener. Bold sweeteners such as brown/can sugar, dark agave, dark honey would all go well with this blend.

Brewing Suggestions: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F-210F- for 10-20 minutes covered.  Longer steep times for teas containing items such as camellia sinensus (White, Green, or Black Teas), Turmeric or other herbs/spices that are tannic or bitter may increase the flavors with longer steep times or hotter water temperatures.  Taste your tea as it steeps to gauge your preferred flavor. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip.
