I’m Briana, mother of one amazing little girl who is neurodivergent. Her father and I are both neurodivergent as well and are co parenting after divorcing in 2023. I have spent many hours researching holistic health & wellness, sustainable living, parenting methods, developmental psychology, and psychology in general on my own journey as a neurodivergent and as a parent. I am a small business owner, investor, and a Jane of all trades. I am a healer in many facets. I work with my clients to attain balance using integrative wellness. I am an empowerment life coach, a reiki master, an organic loose leaf tea blender, and a spiritual support and development coach. I use all of these tools, separately or in conjunction with one another, to empower and uplift my clients to find their highest state of health and wellness. I use a trinity model that focuses on Mental, Physical, & Spiritual wellness.

My niche in Holistic health and wellness and my clientele focus is on the Empowerment of Neurodivergents and their Caregivers. Because of my trinity model of wellness, I work with a broad range of clients depending on which area they are most focused on developing. Most of my clients have some form of neurodivergence and an interest in learning more about or uplifting their current practice of Holistic health & natural living. For spirituality I work with a broad range of clients from any religious or spiritual path and help bolster them in their particular form of spiritual practice to help it work better for them. With physical health I have worked with many clients trying to avoid or reduce medication use or to improve the impacts of their current medical applications through alternative medicine. In mental health I am a shadow worker and do trauma informed coaching to support clients in navigating their diagnosis or obstacles in navigating their individual diagnosis to become more effective at accelerating their personal growth or supporting their loved one/client in their journey.
