Description
Ingredients: LMH/Organic Ginger Root, Organic Cinnamon, LMH/Organic Rosemary, Organic Cloves, Organic Beet Powder, Organic Black Pepper
Description: Send your roots into the earth with this bold, earthy blend. Feel your energy pull down and lighten your load with the vibrant favors of rosemary and ginger. Allow yourself to ground into steadfast strength with the spicy earthen flavors of Vietnamese cinnamon, Indian clove and earthy beets interplaying with bold and spicy black pepper. This unique root chakra supporting blend will entice your senses and ground you in unexpected ways.
Serving Suggestions: If you enjoy bold flavors, this tea will make you smile with no additions. If you need something milder, shorten your brew time and sweeten lightly. Too much sweetness will be off-putting to the existing flavor profile. Raw sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup, or molasses would all pair well with this blend.
Brewing Suggestions: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F-210F- for 10-20 minutes covered. Longer steep times for teas containing items such as camellia sinensus (White, Green, or Black Teas), Turmeric or other herbs/spices that are tannic or bitter may increase the flavors with longer steep times or hotter water temperatures. Taste your tea as it steeps to gauge your preferred flavor. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip.
