Purify your body and senses with this enlivening blend of minty sweet rosemary and sage flower, sweetly spiced coriander, nutty flaxseed, bitter earthy turmeric, and brightly spicy ginger. Brewing Suggestions: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F-210F- for 10-20 minutes covered.  Longer steep times for teas containing items such as Camellia Sinensis (White, Green, or Black Teas), Turmeric or other herbs/spices that are tannic or bitter may increase the flavors with longer steep times or hotter water temperatures.  Taste your tea as it steeps to gauge your preferred flavor. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip.
