Description: Wind down with this smooth floral blend. Allow your body and mind to relax as you enjoy the sweet tart interplay of Egyptian Hibiscus and the smooth Fresh flavor of Rose petals. Allow your body to soften and rest as you smell the floral bouquet of lemongrass and lavender as you sip. Release any stagnant energy you are holding within and allow yourself to flow freely. Serving Suggestions: Add a touch of lightly flavored sweetener such as honey, xylitol, light agave, coconut sugar, or other mild sweeteners to balance the tartness of hibiscus and bring out the floral notes.

Brewing Suggestions: Steep 1-3 teaspoons of tea leaves in hot water-160F for 5-15 minutes covered. Time and tea leaf quantity vary depending on your personal preferences for strength. Remember to enjoy the aromatic benefits of your tea as you sip
